Depending what you are going for, Ichiran is one of the best ramen places in Fukuoka the taste is amazing. However, the price is a bit more expensive like 2X compared to local ramen shops in the area. There is a local shop nearby that only costs 290 yen and you can add as much garlic as you like without paying extra. Extra garlic costs 120 yen per serving. Taste is superior at Ichiran though.
